The SandPit Theatre is a professional performance venue on the campus of Sandringham School, St Albans.
Opened in December 2001, the theatre serves much of Hertfordshire and has already proved to be an invaluable asset both to the school and the community.
The SandPit is a multi purpose performance space, comprising of:
auditorium with 268 raked seats
entrance foyer
fully equipped box office
cafe/kitchen
large stage with black masking
spacious backstage area and dressing rooms
control room with modern sound and lighting systems
