Excellant acoustics, clear sight lines and purple seats! Our seating is unreserved so when you arrive at the Theatre you can choose your own seats.

Latecomers
We regret latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.

Car Parking
The school Car park is available and free, but does get very busy. There are 2 main cars park, the first entered by the top gate (marked deliveries) the second entered by the main gate and an overflow car park round the back of the theatre. If the car park is totally full, please pull up outside the theatre entrance and the Duty Manager will be able to assist you.

Buying Tickets
Tickets for most shows are available from the Box Office. Shows using alternative box office arrangements carry full details in their entry.
When you book via this website please ensure you fill in all the details required. Any missing or incorrect details will lead to your booking not being completed.
Other ways to book are
In Person; At the Theatre Box Office. We aim to open Monday-Friday 9am-3pm.
By telephone; Call 01727 37 00 67 Monday-Friday 9am-3pm.
By post; Send details of your requirements with a cheque made payble to 'Sandringham School' to The SandPit Theatre, Box Office, Sandringham School, The Ridgeway, St Albans AL4 9NX
On the day; Box Office is open 1 hour prior to each event. You can pay by cash, cheque or card.

Refunds
Tickets that can be re-sold will be refunded to you less a 50p admin charge. Tickets that can not be re-sold will be refunded to you less a £1 admin charge. You can only be refunded the way in which you paid and either before or the day of the performance.
No refunds will be issued after the performance.

Delivery
Delivery is included on all bookings unless otherwise stated. Your tickets will be sent out to you via Second Class Royal Mail. Once they have been posted it is the customers responsibility to ensure they have received their tickets in good time. If you do not receive your tickets please call us on 01727 37 00 67.
You can also select that your tickets are held at Box Office for your collection. You can collect them any time during Box Office opening hours inlcuding up to just before the performance starts.

Performance Cancellation
If a performance is cancelled we will do our very best to contact you before the day of performance. Ticket refunds will depend on the circumstances.

Booking Fee
There is a £1 charge for each selection of tickets booked online - even if they are to be collected from Box Office.
For example; if you select 1 Adult and 1 Concession ticket you will be charged £2
If you select 2 Adult tickets by inputting the number 2 in the Quantity box, you will be charged £1
Please note that this charge is an administration fee, not just a postage fee.

Your Details
We do not share any personal details with any other party. Your name, address, phone number and email will be kept on file for our own records and for use in mailing out our brochure. These details are kept on a password protected PC which has limited access to staff only.

All payments are taken in Sterling/GBR
